EU Return & Refund Policy
Applicable to customers in the European Union
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Your withdrawal right is considered exercised if you send your notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return Shipping
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at gdawn@intlvac.com within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
