Intlvac is committed to efficient and reliable order fulfillment for all customers. Shipping origin is determined based on the destination of the order.
United States Orders
All orders shipping within the United States are fulfilled domestically through Intlvac Thin Film, located at:

Canadian and International Orders
All orders shipping within Canada and globally outside of the United States are fulfilled from our Canadian facility located at:

Shipping Rates & Order Minimums
A flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 USD applies to all orders within North America, including Canada and the United States.
A minimum order value of $200.00 USD is required for all purchases.
Shipping rates for international orders outside North America are calculated based on the destination, order details, carrier availability, and customer requirements.
For international customers who do not have their own shipping account, a $0.00 international shipping quote option may be selected at checkout. This option does not mean that shipping is free. It allows the order to be submitted without a shipping charge at checkout so Intlvac can review the order and provide a separate shipping quote. Shipping charges will be quoted and billed separately before the order is fulfilled or dispatched.
Customers with their own shipping account may select Use Customer Shipping Account (UPS, DHL, FedEx) at checkout. Please add your carrier account number in the Notes section of your cart so Intlvac can arrange shipping using your account, where applicable.
General Shipping Information
Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are typically dispatched the same day or next business day after processing, provided that payment, shipping arrangements, and any required order details have been confirmed.
Shipping timelines and carriers may vary depending on destination, order details, and customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges associated with international shipments.
Tracking information will be provided once orders have been dispatched, where available.
